During registration, you are also required to submit essential business information, which includes your starting cash balance, inventory levels, business address, company logo, and corporation information, if applicable. Additionally, for enhanced security, you may select a unique custom 4-digit PIN. This comprehensive profile aids in customizing your experience and ensuring that the app's functionalities are tailored to your specific business needs. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of this information, as it is crucial for the effective management of your account and the overall functionality of StaackBooks. By using the app, you agree that StaackBooks serves as a preliminary tool for managing financial data and does not replace the need for professional bookkeeping or accounting services. The accuracy and certification of financial records are the responsibility of your accountant.

Exceptions to Limitation of Liability: Notwithstanding the provisions above, this limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from Staack Technologies Inc.'s own fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional violation of law. Additionally, it does not limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, nor any other liabilities that cannot be legally restricted. This section aims to limit Staack Technologies Inc.'s liability to the maximum extent permissible under the law.
